The 3‑year programme includes ACA qualification support, hands‑on client experience, and clear progression paths across the firm. Roles are based in Carlisle, with opportunities to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree (achieved or predicted) or the full AAT Level 4.
• 7 GCSEs at Grade 5 (C) or above including Maths and English and one Science.
• 96 UCAS points from A Levels or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence by September 2027 and vehicle for client travel.

Responsibilities

• Start your professional services career with one of the UK's leading independent accountancy firms.
• Work towards ACA qualification with full study support from day one.
• Join the Audit and Assurance team and work with diverse clients across sectors.
• Develop expertise and progress to wider opportunities within the firm.
