Armstrong Watson LLP invites high-potential graduates to join a three‑year programme across Manchester, Carlisle, Leeds, and other offices. You will work with real clients from day one, gain professional qualifications, and receive structured development and study support.

We offer a competitive salary, full study support for ACA or ATT/CTA, and a pathway to become a Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Adviser as you grow within Audit and Assurance or Tax teams.

Qualifications

• Degree criterion: 2:1 or above in any discipline, or full AAT Level 4.
• GCSEs: 7 at Grade 5 (C) or above, including Maths/English (or 6 National Fives).
• UCAS points: 96 across A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
• UK driving licence by Sept 2027 and vehicle for client travel (business travel).

Responsibilities

• Begin your professional services career with one of the UK's leading independent accountancy firms.
• Gain hands‑on experience with real clients while pursuing ACA or ATT/CTA qualifications.
• Join Audit & Assurance (ACA) or Tax (ATT/CTA) track and progress with increasing responsibilities.
