GRADUATE CAREER - Executive Search Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £28,000 (1st year OTE £45k+) & un-capped commission up to 60% + company benefits

Location: Leeds City Centre

No previous experience is required, we hire on personality and potential as well as all types of degrees!

Executive Search Consultant Role:

• This position is a client facing sales and business development role in the global corporate business world!
• You will have targets and KPIs to measure your performance; rewarded with commission, incentives and career progression.
• Specialise globally within one of our niche industries (E.g. Industrial, Ingredients, Medical...)
• Building client and candidate relationships from scratch as soon as you start the role by utilising platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and our in-house CRM system.
• Managing high-level executive job openings within clients’ companies/ organisations internationally and headhunting for top industry talent that align with client needs.
• Responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
