Salary: £28,000 (1st year OTE £50k+) & un-capped commission up to 60% + company benefits

Role Overview:

This position is a client-facing sales and business development role in the global corporate business world.

• You will have targets and KPIs to measure your performance; rewarded with commission, incentives, and career progression.
• Specialise globally within one of our niche industries (e.g., Industrial, Ingredients, Medical...)
• Build client and candidate relationships from scratch using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and our in-house CRM system.
• Manage high-level executive job openings within clients’ companies/organisations internationally and headhunt top industry talent that meet client needs.
• Oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
