The Role

As a 360 Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to manage the full recruitment cycle—from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, interview management, and offer negotiation. You'll play a key role in matching top-tier professionals with scientific organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Life Sciences sector.
