Based in London, you will join an inspiring team of sales executives in a business-to-business sales environment, building relationships with prospective clients and winning new business — with uncapped commission!
Our client is a market leader with over 80 years of history, offering a secure and promising career path in a growing global business. The extensive training program and clear progression opportunities mean that everyone in your role has the potential to advance into senior and management positions within a realistic timeframe, with a strong emphasis on internal promotion.
Your daily activities will include making calls to generate new leads, developing relationships, and collaborating with business development managers to set appointments and close deals.
For each deal closed, you earn a commission — uncapped and without thresholds, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your effort and success.
To succeed, you should be a driven and confident graduate with resilience, attention to detail, and a strong desire for a long-term career in sales. You don’t need prior sales experience, but motivation, adaptability, and a competitive spirit are essential.
The office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm. You will participate in a comprehensive 4-week paid training program led by expert trainers and managers to develop your skills and confidence as a sales professional.
