Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. in Crawley is offering a graduate sales opportunity. Internally based initially, the role will progress into client-facing sales, with no prior experience required and strong progression potential.

The team focuses on building relationships, learning the full product range, and advancing to meetings with architects, contractors, developers and house builders. A company car is provided later in the program.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Customers and Suppliers and communicate effectively and promptly
• Prepare and send quotes and sales information to customers as requested to agreed deadlines
• Arrange samples for projects and maintain stocks and showroom facility where applicable
• Use the company project HUB provide administration support to the external sales team.
• Be proactive in organising databases for mailshots and supporting company marketing activities
• Meet Company expectations in relation to target income, company procedures and KPIs to ensure you are on-track for progressing up the sales ladder
• Embrace training development on sales and product knowledge
• Any other duty deemed by the directors to be in the interest of the team in achieving its objectives

What would my role be?

As a Sales Trainee, you join a well-established sales team. You will largely representing their full range of brick and masonry products. In your first 12 months, you will learn all aspects of the business and will have lots of opportunities to shadow experienced sales team members on client meetings. In this role you will develop towards targeting architects, building contractors, property developers and house builders. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a sales career with a company that offers excellent rewards and progression.

The aim of this graduate role is to progress you into a client-facing position, initially going on meetings with another member of the sales team before starting to lead them independently.
