Qualifications

• Recent graduate from any discipline.
• Curious about how organisations win customers, retain accounts and scale.
• Communicates clearly and follows through on commitments.
• Responds well to coaching and wants progress to reflect the quality of their work.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, sport, events, recruitment or customer service can be useful, but not required.

• Open and develop productive commercial conversations
• Represent client campaigns through professional face-to-face communication
• Review results, customer feedback and campaign trends with your manager
• Support account planning, client reporting and growth activity
• Build negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
