Mackenzie Stuart is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join our London-based group of companies in 2027, with a base salary of £29,000 and an uncapped commission structure up to 60% plus benefits. The first year offers an OTE of £50K+, and top performers can reach £150K+ in their first year.

You will be joining a dynamic, high-energy office in the City Centre of Leeds, working in a sales and business development capacity to build client relationships and conduct global headhunting across niche

What you will be doing as a Graduate Business Consultant:

• Essentially you will be managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many niche industries on a global scale.
• Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
• Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy!
• This position is a sales and business development role - you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch. We need confident, resilient, hard-working, competitive and down-to-earth individuals who can add value to our business and clients!
