What you will learn?

• This is a varied, client-focused role involving business requirement elicitation, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, automation potential assessment, Target Operating Model transition, training delivery, and change management.
• Identify and define business needs and problems to develop feasible solutions.
• Use your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations.
• Learn to listen to business issues and articulate details to deliver value-added solutions.
• Build trust through honesty and act as a key influencer in strategic decisions.
• Involvement in technical configuration and system process design (no coding required, but support for coding interest available).
• Adapt quickly to complex environments and learn new concepts/software technologies.
• Produce comprehensive documentation such as business and functional requirements, technical designs, process models, user stories, and use case scenarios.
• Constructively challenge existing practices and propose improvements.
