About the Role

This is an opportunity to join our Point Of Sale (PoS) Lending team and help shape the future of our platform, ensuring we deliver scalable, reusable, and compliant solutions for our customers. It's a chance to take advantage of our development programmes and advance your career.

What you'll do

• Join our agile product team and play a key role in launching a new Lending product within NatWest Boxed, working closely with the Product Owner to find optimal solutions.
• Define and track product requirements by working with the lending domain team to identify, analyze, and manage detailed requirements aligned with business and regulatory needs.
• Lead discovery sessions and craft user stories and requirements that drive the development of the Lending solution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, document, and refine processes supporting the product rollout, ensuring a smooth development pipeline.
• Develop knowledge of NatWest Boxed and Group policies, supporting alignment or adaptation for the Lending proposition.

The skills you'll need

• Previous experience in business analysis roles with technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital banking infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to document complex system requirements clearly.
• Familiarity with CONC, CCA, FCA regulations, and financial compliance, with the ability to identify policy gaps.
• Strong writing skills for requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Effective stakeholder and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills to identify issues early and drive solutions.
