Role overview:

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our clients optimize their digital strategies, address technology challenges, and stay ahead in a fast-paced, evolving landscape. You'll work closely with experienced architects to deliver tailored solutions, providing guidance and expertise that transform businesses and drive meaningful change. This role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact across business, enterprise, and data architecture. This is a London-based role with a September 2025 start date.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in improving and streamlining their digital strategies to remain competitive in a rapidly changing technological environment.
2. Collaborate with experienced architects to deliver tailored technology solutions that address clients' unique needs and challenges.
3. Provide guidance and expertise to clients, facilitating business transformation through technology.
4. Participate in diverse projects within the Financial Services sector, applying technology and data-driven problem-solving approaches.
5. Proactively expand your knowledge and develop expertise in business, enterprise, and data architecture.
6. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams.

About the candidate:

• A Bachelor's degree (2.1 or above) in Management and Business or a related field with a technical affinity (e.g., IT or innovation modules or dissertation).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for technology and data-driven problem-solving.
• Flexibility and a collaborative mindset, eager to work across various projects in the Financial Services sector.
• A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and a keen interest in developing subject matter expertise.
• Experience in consultancy, digital transformation, IT, or client-facing roles is desirable.
• Experience in analyzing datasets and presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences is desirable.
