About us:
We advise our clients on the full spectrum of building surveying services including pre-acquisition advice, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, defects advice, contract administration, employer’s agent, and project management services.
Our Building Consultancy team is currently delivering a variety of project management and contract administration instructions across numerous sectors from office refurbishments to multimillion-pound industrial new build projects.
We continuously undertake a range of professional instructions including dilapidations, technical due diligence acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, PPMs, and BRCAs. Our clients include owners and occupiers across a range of property types with live instructions within the retail, office, leisure, residential, and industrial sectors.
This opportunity:
If successful, the position will see you located in our Leeds Office, working within our Building Consultancy team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the team on key commercial real estate projects both in the Yorkshire region and nationwide.
As a Graduate Surveyor in the business, you will support our team of chartered surveyors in delivering projects and instructions, contributing to the overall success of the team. In turn, the business will provide structured training and support through your APC to progress your career towards chartered status.
This is an opportunity to work within a business that can draw upon national clients and develop your client relationship skills. You will be part of a company that is a regional leader in commercial real estate consultancy. Your work would be a mix of professional and project instructions across a broad range of property types from modern/commercial to historic and listed buildings.
