Job summary

Cosey Homes Chartered Surveyors in St Helens is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our in-house team. This role offers hands-on experience, training, and mentoring as you develop surveying skills across Level 1-3 surveys.

You will work Monday-Friday with one Saturday per month, learn to educate clients about services, and progress to site work as you gain qualifications; generous holiday, pension, and clear progression await.

• Recent graduate with a degree in Building Surveying, Construction, or a related field.
