Job summary

strukta Group Ltd in St Helens is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our in-house team, supporting surveys across level 1–3 and learning from industry experts. This full-time role offers hands-on training and the chance to develop your surveying career within a forward-thinking organisation.

You will book surveys, educate clients about services, and advise on the most suitable survey type for prospective properties.

We are currently looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our vibrant and expanding team in St Helens. This is an 'in house' role and you will need to be located within commutable distance from St Helens , Merseyside. Hours of Work: full time Monday-Friday plus one Saturday per month

As a Graduate Building Surveyor with us, you will play a crucial role in booking surveys (level 1, 2, and 3), ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance. You will educate clients about the services we offer and advise on what survey type is best for their prospective property or home. This role offers key insight into surveying, providing valuable learning opportunities before progressing onto site work as a qualified professional.

Graduate Building Surveyor Requirements:
