Conrad Consulting is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join its London team, to work alongside Chartered Surveyors and gain exposure to a wide range of building surveying and project work across residential, education, industrial and commercial sectors.
You’ll assist with surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, defects reporting, monitoring on site, measured surveys and producing professional reports, while developing APC and RICS qualification support.

You’ll be involved in a varied workload from day one, developing your technical knowledge and gaining valuable experience across both professional and project-based building surveying services.
