Job summary

JobsTrackR in SW London seeks an Experienced Graduate Building Surveyor or near- MRICS qualification to join a growing practice. The role supports Senior Surveyors across a full suite of building surveying duties, with the 24‑month Structured APC Training Programme as a core development path.

Based at the Teddington office, you will work on contracts, surveys, design and specification of maintenance works, and pre-acquisition assessments while building client relationships and professional

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Surveying and related services across multiple sectors.
• Ability to assist with maintenance surveys and design/specification of works.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Building Surveyors in day-to-day operations.
• Assist with contract administration on smaller and larger projects.
• Conduct planned maintenance surveys and design/specification of maintenance works.
• Perform condition surveys and defect investigation/diagnosis.
• Handle Licence for Alterations and Party Wall matters.
• Assist with Pre-Acquisition Surveys and Project Management.
• Support Employer's Agent roles and Reinstatement Cost Assessments.

Our client, a RICS regulated Chartered Surveying practice based in with offices natiowide. Undertakinginstructions relating to all aspects of Building Surveying and Design services with particular specialist knowledge in a variety of sectors.

With a wealth of experience spanning a range of disciplines, including major works project management, party wall and neighbourly matters, Licence for Alterations, Contract Admin, Design and Spec, Dilapidations and Technical Due Diligence, we act as a trusted advisor to both individuals and corporate entities.

Due to continued growth of the company, they have a vacancy in theTeddington office for an expeienced Graduate Building Surveyor (close to qualifying) or a Newly Qualifed MRICS Building Surveyorto work in a fun, but hardworking environment, to deliver a full suite of building surveying duties to our range of clients.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Senior Building Surveyors in the day-to-day running of the business, the role will include assisting with project commissions including:

• Contract administration duties; Responsibility, under minimum supervision, for smaller projects and assistance on major projects with defined levels of responsibility.
• Planned maintenance surveys
• Design and specification of maintenance works
• Condition surveys
• Defect investigation and diagnosis
• Licence for Alterations
• Party Wall matters
