Job summary

HD Surveyors Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking a Building Surveyor-in-training to assist Chartered Surveyors with commercial inspections, surveys and report preparation. You will support contract administration, monitoring and refurbishment projects, and contribute to structured APC development toward RICS Chartership.

The role offers hybrid working, exposure to due diligence, dilapidations and maintenance instructions, and a chance to grow within a chartership-focused team in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying with RICS accreditation is required.
• APC pathway eligibility is essential to progress towards chartership.
• Experience via placement, internship or property consultancy is beneficial.

Requirements

• Eligibility for the RICS Building Surveying APC pathway
• Placement, internship or property consultancy experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of construction technology, building pathology and contract administration
• Ability to work under Chartered Surveyor supervision on commercial instructions
