The role involves providing project and professional consultancy services to both public and private sector clients. Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a building surveyor on various projects from inception to completion
• Working on commercial sector schedules of dilapidations, PPMs, condition surveys, pre-acquisition building surveys, defect analysis reports, etc.
• Assisting and learning from Senior Building Surveyors to understand client expectations and provide advice and recommendations
• Hybrid working arrangement
