AECOM is seeking ambitious Civil & Structural Engineering graduates to join our Bridges and Structures team. You will contribute to concept design through implementation on projects in the UK and internationally, collaborating with a global team of professionals.

Our Graduate Development Programme (GDP) supports career growth toward chartership with ICE or IStructE, with hybrid work options, mentorship, and exposure to live client projects across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Computational and design skills relevant to civil/structural projects.
• Strong fundamental knowledge in civil/structural engineering.
• Willingness to work towards chartership with ICE or IStructE.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design of structural schemes from inception to completion.
• Assist with bridge assessments and design verifications.
• Engage in on-site supervision and scheme management responsibilities.
