Job summary

Thales UK invites graduates to join a two-year BPMO rotational programme across multiple UK sites, with on-site and hybrid working options. You'll study for the APM Projects Fundamentals Qualification and rotate through Project Planning, Bid Management and Project Management roles.

You will gain hands-on experience, complete placements across locations such as Crawley, Glasgow, Bristol, Reading and more, and build a professional network while developing bid and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree at the start of professional career.
• Security requirements apply to all roles and BPSS/SC checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a two-year rotational development programme across multiple placements.
• Gain experience in Project Planning & Controls, Bid Management and Project Management.
• Participate in BPMO skills and essential skills training and deliver a graduate project.
