Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in a specialist SEND and SEMH setting in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a full-time role ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in behaviour support, emotional regulation, and engagement with education.

You will work 1:1 with pupils, deliver behaviour and wellbeing interventions, build positive relationships with students and staff, and collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates in Criminology or Education preferred.
• 1:1 pupil support and behaviour/wellbeing interventions.
• Experience supporting emotional regulation in educational settings.
