Job summary

Scrumconnect Ltd is seeking a Graduate Sales Executive to support business development, build client relationships, and help grow our footprint across government and enterprise accounts in the UK. You will work closely with Account Managers, delivery teams, and technical consultants to gain hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle in a B2B technology consultancy.

Qualifications

• Recent degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
• Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development and Account Management with lead generation and outreach.
• Research target markets, clients, and sectors to identify opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
• Update the CRM with lead, opportunity, and pipeline data.
• Coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Liaise with delivery, recruitment, and operations to support onboarding and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and reporting.
