S&W invites ambitious graduates to join its Audit & Assurance team in Tunbridge Wells as part of the Graduate Programme starting Sept 2027. The role focuses on learning by doing, working with experienced colleagues and contributing to client engagements from day one.

You will study toward the ACA qualification, with funded training and dedicated study time. No prior experience is required, and a supportive cohort environment will help you grow.

Qualifications

• No previous experience in accountancy, finance or professional services required.
• Curious, motivated and eager to learn.
• Willing to learn from experienced colleagues and develop professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in audit engagements for a range of clients.
• Support the Audit & Assurance team with testing, documentation and client interactions.
• Study towards ACA while gaining practical experience in audit and advisory services.

Education

2:2 degree in any discipline
