S&W in Southampton invites ambitious graduates to join our Audit & Assurance team on the Graduate Programme starting Sept 2027. You'll gain hands-on experience across client engagements, building foundational audit and accountancy skills from day one.

You'll study towards the ACA qualification with funded training and dedicated study time, while developing commercial awareness and relationships with client teams. No prior experience required—curiosity and motivation matter most.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline
• 112 UCAS points from top three A-Levels
• GCSE English Language and Maths at grade 5 or equivalent
• Commitment to pursuing ACA Level 7 qualification
• Interest in audit and assurance and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing audits and assurance work
• Build relationships with client teams
• Develop technical accounting and commercial awareness
• Support engagement teams across client projects
