S&W in Tunbridge Wells invites graduates to join our Audit & Assurance team on a structured three-year graduate programme. You will study towards the ACA while gaining hands-on audit experience across varied clients and industries, supported by a network of mentors and a buddy.

You'll learn by doing, with funded training, dedicated study time and opportunities to progress toward becoming a trusted adviser in financial reporting and business advisory services.

Qualifications

• No previous experience in accountancy, finance or professional services required.
• You’ll study towards the ACA Level 7 while gaining practical audit experience.
• Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline and 112 UCAS points required (top three A Levels).
• GCSE English Language and Maths Grade 5 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Testing processes and controls.
• Building relationships with client teams.
• Resolving audit and accountancy queries.
• Supporting a range of audit and accountancy projects.
