S&W invites graduates to join its Audit & Assurance team in London for a structured graduate programme beginning September 2027. You will work on diverse client engagements, gaining exposure to audits, technical training and early responsibility while pursuing ACA Level 7.

We value curiosity, teamwork and a proactive approach, with funded study time and a strong development path in a leading UK firm. No prior accountancy experience is required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; candidates should be curious, motivated and eager to learn.
• You’ll study towards ACA Level 7 while gaining practical audit experience.
• Degree should be a 2:2 or higher; UCAS points criteria apply.
