Ashbrittle Limited is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, supporting refurbishment projects across housing, education, healthcare and public buildings in the Essex area.

You will gain hands-on experience in cost management, procurement, subcontract administration, valuations and financial reporting, working alongside experienced professionals and receiving structured training and mentoring towards professional accreditation.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline (essential).
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Construction placement or industry experience desirable.
• Awareness of JCT/NEC contracts and accreditation advantageous.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
