Qualifikationen

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Asset Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or BIM.
• Interest in Asset Management and lifecycle data analysis.
• Willing to work on technically complex projects across sectors.

Aufgaben

• Review BIM models to extract asset information.
• Assist in development and maintenance of asset registers.
• Support data analysis using Excel, Power BI and other digital tools.
• Facilitate site-based asset tagging and verification.
• Contribute to asset data for lifecycle planning and investment modelling.
