Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Asset Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or BIM with view to Asset Management.
• Experience with data tools is advantageous, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Interest in asset management and lifecycle data is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review BIM models to extract asset information.
• Develop and maintain asset registers per client requirements and industry standards.
• Support data analysis activities using Excel, Power BI and other tools.
• Assist in site-based asset tagging and verification exercises.
• Aid in collection and analysis of asset data for lifecycle planning and investment modelling.
