Job summary

BakerHicks is inviting graduates to join a two-year Asset Information Management-focused Graduate Programme. You’ll work with market-leading teams, gaining hands-on BIM, data analysis and asset lifecycle experience across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Asset Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or BIM.
• Interest in Asset Information and lifecycle data within a consulting environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Review BIM models to extract asset information.
• Assist in development and maintenance of asset registers per client requirements.
• Support data analysis activities using Excel, Power BI and other digital tools.
• Facilitate site-based asset tagging and verification exercises.
• Contribute to collection and analysis of asset data for lifecycle planning and investment modelling.
