Exciting Opportunity for Graduate Apprentice Teachers – Starting September 2025

Protocol Education is offering an incredible opportunity to join a forward-thinking secondary school as part of its Graduate Apprentice Teacher Programme. This is a unique, paid pathway to achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with no tuition fees and hands-on classroom experience from day one.

About The Role:
As a Graduate Apprentice Teacher, you will:

• Work alongside experienced educators to deliver engaging lessons across your chosen subject area.
• Develop lesson plans, assessment strategies, and classroom management skills.
• Observe and participate in high-quality classroom instruction from the start.
• Receive structured support and regular feedback from dedicated mentors.
• Undertake professional studies and assessments with an ITT provider, primarily delivered online to maximise in-school experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in your chosen subject area from a UK higher education provider (or recognised equivalent).
• An A-Level qualification (or equivalent) in your preferred subject area.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• A genuine passion for teaching and the drive to inspire young minds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
