Job summary

Sprint Reply, the Reply Group company focused on Intelligent Process Automation, is seeking a Graduate AI Software Developer in London to design, build and deploy innovative software solutions leveraging AI, ML, Generative AI and cloud platforms.

You will work with experienced consultants to deliver client-facing projects, learn cloud-native development, and advance toward becoming a skilled AI Engineer with strong mentorship and training opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (2:1 or above).
Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
Understanding of software engineering principles.
Interest in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain software applications using modern development frameworks and tools.
Support development of AI-powered and Generative AI solutions for client projects.
Work with cloud technologies including AWS and Microsoft Azure to build scalable applications.
Collaborate with consultants, solution architects and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop, test and deploy high-quality code following software engineering best practices.
Contribute to proof-of-concepts, innovation projects and AI experimentation initiatives.
Support the integration of AI models, APIs and cloud services into enterprise applications.
Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies in AI, cloud computing and software engineering.
