Job summary

Sprint Reply is seeking a Graduate AI Software Developer in Manchester to design, build and deploy AI-enabled software solutions, leveraging AI, ML, Generative AI, AWS and Azure. You'll work with experienced consultants and engineers on client projects, gaining hands-on experience with LLMs and cloud-native architectures.

The role includes extensive training opportunities, certifications, hackathons and mentorship, with an August start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• Passion for software development, AI and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and development methodologies.
• Interest in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Role Overview

As a GraduateAI Software Developer, you will help design, build and deploy innovative software solutions that leverage the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, AWS and Microsoft Azure. Working alongside experienced consultants, architects and engineers, you'll contribute to client-facing projects that solve real business challenges through modern software development and cloud-native technologies. You'll gain hands‑on experience developing applications, integrating AI services, working with large language models (LLMs), and building scalable solutions using leading cloud platforms.
