Job summary

Sprint Reply, the Reply Group company focused on Intelligent Process Automation, is seeking a Graduate AI Software Developer in London to design, build and deploy innovative software solutions leveraging AI, ML, Generative AI and cloud platforms.

You will work with experienced consultants to deliver client-facing projects, learn cloud-native development, and advance toward becoming a skilled AI Engineer with strong mentorship and training opportunities.

Role Overview:

As a GraduateAI Software Developer, you will help design, build and deploy innovative software solutions that leverage the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Working alongside experienced consultants, architects and engineers, you'll contribute to client-facing projects that solve real business challenges through modern software development and cloud-native technologies. You'll gain hands-on experience developing applications, integrating AI services, working with large language models (LLMs), and building scalable solutions using leading cloud platforms.

About the Candidate:

• A minimum Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline
• Passion for software development, AI and emerging technologies
• Understanding of software engineering principles and development methodologies
• Interest in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible attitude towards working across different projects and industries
• Previous experience is not required, but personal projects, university coursework, internships, hackathons or open-source contributions are highly desirable
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in AI and software engineering
