Job summary

Debenhams Group in Manchester is seeking a recent graduate or early-career candidate to develop in performance marketing. You will support the day-to-day management of the affiliate channel, working with influencer, cashback, loyalty and voucher partners in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities include campaign planning, partner onboarding, performance reporting and ensuring tracking is accurate.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with data.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs).
• Strong communication skills across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of affiliate campaigns across markets.
• Assist onboarding new partners and maintaining relationships.
• Update reports on key KPIs including revenue, traffic and ROI.
• Help ensure tracking and codes are functioning correctly.
