Job summary

Debenhams Group is seeking a recent graduate or early-career candidate to join the Young Fashion affiliate team in Manchester. You will support day-to-day management of the affiliate channel, working with influencer, cashback, loyalty and voucher partners, while gaining exposure to campaign execution, performance analysis and partner management in a fast-paced ecommerce setting.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with data.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (gmail, drive, docs).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field; internship or experience in digital marketing or analytics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Channel Support: Assist planning and execution of affiliate campaigns across multiple markets; coordinate promotional activity during key trading periods.
• Affiliate Partner Management: Support onboarding of new partners and maintain relationships; identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Performance Reporting & Analysis: Update reports on revenue, traffic and ROI; analyse trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Technical & Operational Support: Ensure tracking links and codes function; help resolve discrepancies; work with teams to ensure campaigns are set up correctly.
