No prior sales experience is required – you’ll learn how to engage decision-makers, identify opportunities, and present value-led solutions. You’ll build a pipeline with support from experienced mentors while developing a confident, target-driven approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with SMEs via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Learn how to position services and generate interest.
• Research businesses to understand needs and challenges.
• Book and attend meetings with prospective clients.
• Build confidence through real sales conversations.
• Develop knowledge of logistics and operational challenges.
• Support in presenting tailored, value-led solutions.
• Participate in structured onboarding, coaching, and roleplay sessions.
• Build your own pipeline of opportunities.
• Progress towards closing deals with support from mentors.
