Job summary

Step Into Teaching is partnering with a school in Barnet for a September 2026 start. The role runs for the full academic year on a term-time basis, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The position offers full-time hours during term time, with responsibilities centered on providing structured 1-1 and group support to pupils. The ideal graduate will hold a degree (2:2 or above), be supportive and motivated to help learners reach their potential, and be able to commute to Barnet.

• Hold experience working with young people (preferable, but not essential).

Job description

Step Into Teaching are currently working with an amazing school in Barnet. The position will start in September 2026 and you will work for the full academic year. Within this time-period, you would be placed in one school in a full-time position working Monday-Friday (term-time only).
