Job summary

Step Into Teaching is partnering with a specialist SEN school in the Birmingham area (B24) to recruit a SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant for September 2026. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time only, with weekly pay of £500–£530.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver tailored interventions, supporting pupils with a range of complex needs and assisting in implementing IEPs/EHCPs. It’s an ideal entry point for aspiring teachers or Educational Psychologists.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (2:2 or above preferred).
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
