Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant in Birmingham. You will support pupils with SEN, work 1:1 or in small groups, and assist teachers with engaging activities.

Ideal candidates are psychology graduates who are warm, resilient and able to promote independence and social inclusion while safeguarding students in a school environment.

Qualifications

Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and resilient graduates to work within specialist schools across Birmingham, supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable experience, develop transferable skills, and make a real difference to the lives of young people.

We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of psychology and a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs. Successful candidates will work as Teaching Assistants, helping pupils achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
