Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Site Managers with daily delivery of projects.
• Support planning, programming and progress monitoring.
• Attend site meetings and assist with project reporting.
• Monitor health and safety compliance on site.
• Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractor management.
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks.
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documents.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Construction Graduate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience across a range of construction projects while developing the skills and knowledge required for a successful career within the industry.

Working alongside experienced construction professionals, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Site Managers with the day-to-day delivery of construction projects.
• Support project planning, programming and progress monitoring.
• Attend site meetings and assist with project reporting.
• Monitor health and safety compliance on site.
• Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractor management.
