An established industry player is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves managing chronic diseases and providing acute support in a fast-paced GP practice. We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our large team of ANPs, Nurses and Health Care Assistants.
You will work as part of the Nursing team, delivering chronic diseas management and acute support for treatment room type services, including dressings. Also responsible for childhood immunisations, cervical screening and travel vaccinations.
You will report to and work closely with our Head of Nursing and Quality, and our Practice Matron.
Undertake respiratory long term condition management.
Undertake diabetes long term condition management.
Undertake smears.
Childhood Imms.
Infection prevention and control.
Depending on experience, we will encourage you to support training and development for nurses and health care assistants within the Practice.

The Lead Nurse role will be responsible for overseeing the nursing team, nursing performance, recruitment and retention, in addition to conducting typical patient-facing nurse clinics.
