Job summary

Winchmore Hill Practice is seeking an additional GP Partner to join our well-established, friendly training practice in North London. You will contribute to high-quality patient care, clinical governance, and strategic development with a supportive team.

The role requires GMC registration, MRCGP or equivalent, and at least 3 years' GP experience. You will share leadership, teaching, and clinical responsibilities within a collaborative PCN-driven environment.

Qualifications

• GMC registration is essential.
• MRCGP or equivalent qualifications required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a GP.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical governance.
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to registered patients, including chronic disease management.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits and quality improvement.
• Assist in service development, workforce planning and business decisions.
• Share responsibility for financial and operational management of the practice.
• Ensure NHS contractual obligations are met and compliant with CQC and GMC requirements.
• Collaborate with PCNs, hospitals and other local services.
