Colsterworth Medical Practice is seeking a Dispenser to join the rural GP practice dispensary. The role focuses on checking and dispensing prescriptions, stock management, and ensuring fridge temperatures are properly monitored. You will handle NHS paperwork and provide patient-facing service within a supportive team.

The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 2 or above and previous dispensary experience, with a willingness to contribute to day-to-day running and maintain high dispensing standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified dispenser with NVQ Level 2 or above.
• Previous dispensary experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process and dispense prescriptions accurately under authorisation.
• Maintain stock and monitor fridge temperatures.
• Handle prescription charges and NHS paperwork.
• Endorse prescription forms and liaise with NHS Prescription Services.
• Support dispensary operations and maintain cleanliness.
