Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a part-time General Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care at Sutherland Lodge, with up to £112,500 FTE equivalent depending on experience. Ten hours per week with additional hours at the hub, offering a flexible workload and opportunities for professional development.

You will work within a supportive team, focusing on patient access, outcomes and experience while contributing to clinical governance and QOF targets.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list
• GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of QOF and DES/CQUINs
• Experience with GP IT systems (SystmOne/EMISweb)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered at the GP surgery
• Work with clinical leads and practice team to support the surgery's operational plan
• Participate in clinical governance and audit to improve health outcomes
• Provide care via in-person, video, telephone, and other clinical administration tasks
• Adhere to GMC standards and support development of the surgery plan with the site lead
