Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is seeking a General Practitioner/Clinical Lead to join our Northumberland Avenue site. The role combines clinical care with leadership responsibilities, with a focus on improving access, outcomes and patient experience.

The position requires Full GMC registration and GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent). The post offers a competitive salary up to £112,500 FTE, plus session-based pay and benefits. Hybrid leadership and clinical duties may be involved.

Qualifications

• GMC registration and GP accreditation are essential.
• Strong knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, and CQUINs.
• Experience with clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care at the GP surgery and support the operational plan with the clinical leads and local team.
• Maintain quality through clinical governance, audits and QOF/CQUINs, contributing to standards like CQC.
