Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is seeking a General Practitioner/Clinical Lead to join our primary care team at Northumberland Avenue. The role covers 7 sessions per week, with a £112,500 FTE salary dependent on experience, and a dedicated Clinical Lead session.

You will deliver high quality clinical care, participate in governance, and support the practice through structured care plans and audits, while collaborating with the local team to meet KPIs and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list status must be active.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients and support the surgery's operational plan.
• Maintain standards and participate in clinical governance and audits.
• Provide care per plan: in-person, video, triage, results, reviews, and sign-offs.
• Adhere to GMC standards with patient care as a priority.
• Assist development of the surgery action plan with KPI targets and cost management.
