Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is seeking a General Practitioner to deliver high-quality clinical care at the Sidley Medical Practice. You will work with clinical leads and the local team to support the surgery's operational plan, ensuring governance, audits, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care at the Sidley Medical Practice.
• Collaborate with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the surgery's operational plan.
• Ensure clinical governance, contribute to audits, and achieve quality standards like QOF and CQC.
• Provide clinical care in line with the total triage model and participate in practice development activities.

Main Responsibilities

• To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with,
• As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care at the Sidley Medical Practice.
• You will work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of the surgery's operational plan.
• Your responsibilities include ensuring clinical governance, contributing to audits, achieving quality standards like QOF and CQC, and providing clinical care in line with the total triage model.
• Duties also involve consultation sessions, telephone triage, medication reviews, and clinical administration, as well as engaging in practice development activities.

We seek individuals who are registered with the GMC, have GP accreditation such as MRCGP, and are committed to delivering quality patient-focused services. Knowledge of clinical systems like SystmOne or EMISweb would be beneficial.
