Bell Ingram is seeking a proactive Compliance, Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental role to support governance, risk and assurance across the business. The role offers varied duties, with scope to shape processes and improve controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, QHSE, or related roles with structured processes and record keeping.
• Strong organisation, deadlines, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and professional manner; confident with stakeholders.
• Experience with management systems aligned to ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out compliance spot checks and coordinate peer reviews; support audits and supplier assessments.
• Draft, review and update policies and procedures; maintain document control.
• Gather and analyse figures, carbon footprint and equality data; identify trends.
• Maintain risk, incident, complaints and non-conformance registers; track actions.
• Administer ProCompliance training system; coordinate training and safety alerts.
• COSHH management: maintain register, assessments and SDS; coordinate reviews.
